Torture

He wore this shirt twice. And he never will again. It might create need for some early Botox treatments.

Trim

It was getting a little awkward over the ears. So we gave him his first trim a few weeks ago.

He was pretty still as long as he had the tv remote in his hand.

Five

Carson and I just celebrated our upcoming 5-year anniversary in Mexico. Without Holden. As anxious as I was about leaving him, I was surprised at how relaxed we were once we got there. H-pants went to grandparent-land and had a blast with the four of them. While he was there, we ate, read, sat on the beach, and enjoyed our time together a ton... with no schedules or bottles or pureed carrots on our minds. Thank you, grandparents, for helping us celebrate!

We brought some maracas back for Holden and he has not put them down.
